What is your return policy?
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in anyway. After I received your item, I will inspect it and process your refund.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method that you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take up to 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
When will my order ship?
Typically within 5 days of ordering.
How long will shipping take?
Depending on your location, it can take anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks.
Can I track my order?
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be provided. Due to delays at Canada Post, tracking numbers may show no movement for up to 15 days. If your tracking order hasn’t been updated for over 15 days, please contact me.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, the checkout option is only available to Canadian and US residents. If you are ordering from an international location, please contact me so I can guide you through the ordering process.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Please contact me ASAP. I will get in touch and help you locate the order.
